We portion to the gram as specified, trim as needed, and tailor the packaging to your process: Vacuum, MAP, Skin or Bulk. No marinades/no salt – exception exclusively frozen chicken on request salted. Private label/OEM incl. label in your target language – retail, foodservice or industrial units. Temperature control along the process chain: 0–2 °C (fresh) and −18 °C (frozen).
