Processing & Cutting
From leg to loin: we cut to your specifications – schnitzel cuts (veal, poultry), steak cuts, stewing meat, mince base. Salt profiles are definable (salted/unsalted). This minimizes waste, ensures consistent cooking results and speeds up the line.
Packaging & Formats
Choose vacuum, MAP, skin or bulk – in retail, foodservice or industrial units. IQF/frozen for maximum flexibility. Private label including labeling in the desired language. We coordinate weight ranges and pieces per carton with your planning.
